Beth Goldstein brings original art into our daily lives with a style that has been described as "… elegant but not overdone” and "… liquid, flowing - her use of line is key to her unique style" and "… excites the senses and at the same time is reminiscent of a wonderful memory."
"Art is first a form of communication," Beth concedes. "The work for me is required - it is my voice and it is my hope that the viewer can relate in some way. The elements of shape, form and color are those that I am intuitively drawn towards. As they come together in a composition 'that works', it is a wonderful feeling."
Inspired and informed frequently by the subtle and wonderful variety of design in the natural world, Beth's work for the design industry often includes organic, leaf-like shapes and patterns. Like nature, these lines and shapes wander unpredictably across the surface of a vase, platter or tile she has designed and take the viewer with them.
Every piece of giftware, fabric or wall decor that features Beth's fine art work speaks to us - sometimes softly, sometimes quite boldly - but always it catches our attention. The tabletop and giftware images shown here are a sampling of where Beth's designs have been woven into the visual mainstream of our lives ... to our benefit.
